All HempFusion Products come with a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you feel unsatisfied with any of our Products, you can return any remaining product and we will issue a full refund. To be eligible for our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, you must have ordered directly from HempFusion. Purchases made at a retail store location are not eligible for any refunds directly from HempFusion.
HempFusion inspects all shipments before they leave our facilities, and all Products are quality tested before being added to a shipment. You should review all of the products in your order upon delivery to confirm no damage has occurred during transit. If you find any product you feel has been damaged during transit, please make a claim within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at [email protected] or call 877-NOW-HEMP (669-4367). When contacting us regarding damaged products, please be sure to include a detailed description of the damage. Our customer service team will review your report, and if HempFusion determines there is a defect or shipping related damage, HempFusion will issue a refund or replacement at no cost to you.
